The Lyndon House Arts Center since its beginning has welcomed established arts groups and guilds to meet monthly in the Community Room and on occasion in the studios. These guilds call the Arts Center home as they support the programs, participate in events and exhibition and add to the landscape of the arts community in Athens. Some guilds have their own membership structure and meeting agendas but are all open to the public. Should you be interested in attending a guild meeting, we recommend reaching out to them first as the meeting schedule could fluctuate. At this time, the Lyndon House Arts Center houses over 20 guilds including, Athens Fibercraft, Cotton Patch Quilters, Athens Art Association, Athens Area Arts Council, Athens Metal Arts Guild, Ladies Garden Club and more.
Please call the Arts Center if you would like further information: 706.613.3623
Before coming to your first meeting please contact the group. Some are open to the public, some require membership, and some may change their meeting date.
