Regular Session / Agenda Setting Session Dates

  • Regular Session voting meetings normally take place on the 1st Tuesday of every month 
  • Agenda Setting Session meetings normally take place on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. 
  • Dates may be changed for holidays or election days. 
  • Meetings begin at 6:00 PM.

Special Called Sessions / Work Sessions 

  • Work Sessions normally take place on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 5:30 PM. They may also be held on other nights as needed.
  • Special Called Sessions may be held at any time, but often are held prior to other meetings. Some Special Called Sessions involve entering into Executive Sessions, which are closed meetings to discuss pending litigation, personnel matters, or property acquisition.
  • Check the online calendar for these schedules or their agendas.

TV Broadcasts

  • Meetings are broadcast live and rebroadcast on ACTV Spectrum Cable Channel 180
  • Rebroadcasts are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM and Sundays at 3:00 PM. 
  • Live meetings moved to Wednesdays or other days due to holidays or other events will be broadcast live on the meeting date

  • Posted at least 24 hours prior to meetings and accessed at www.accgov.com/agendas
  • Often posted by the Friday evening prior to meetings.
