Our Staff

Hiring Practices

Our staff are hired with great care and a great deal of thought. The ACC Leisure Services Summer Staff application process requires prospective staff members to provide information regarding their particular skills and abilities, experiences working with children, and much more. They are also required to pass a criminal record check.

We consider each complete application, interview, and the comments of applicants as we consider whether to offer a position to prospective staff. Once our staff are on site, they participate in a week of training which may include site-specific staff training, and first aid and CPR training, and van driver's training.
