As part of SPLOST 2011 Project 3, Sub-Project 1, Firestation 2 is scheduled to be completed by late 2019. The new facility will share the property with the Cooperative Extension Service Center and will include a 31.1 kW solar array that will provide 22.5% of facility energy use.
