This is a multi-level class Beginner to Advanced level dancers. Students will learn traditional dances, rhythms, and songs from various countries of Africa. This class will be accompanied by live African drumming. Prior to the start of camp participants must obtain dance attire. Girls/women: Solid color leotard and a lapa (African wrap skirt made of ethnic fabric that fully wraps around the waist and hips) Boys: Solid color t-shirt, loose fitted shorts or pants.

Fee: $60 residents, $90 non-residents

Registration:  Begins Saturday, August 3 at 9:00 a.m. for ACC residents.  Non-residents may register starting Monday, August 5 at noon.
