This year’s show was selected by guest juror Mr. Larry Ossei-Mensah. Ossei-Mensah, a Ghanaian-American curator and cultural critic has organized exhibitions and programs at commercial and nonprofit spaces around the globe from New York City to Rome.  He is newly appointed co-curator of the Athens Greece Biennial.

Mr. Ossei-Mensah visited Athens and the Lyndon House for two days in January to review Athens area artist submissions. In those two days, 278 artists entered 711 works of art.  Mr. Ossei-Mensah quelled through the multitude of works with sensitivity and intuition.  He has given us a full and concise group show of 199 works representing 144 local artists.  In addition, he selected 18 merit cash awards.

All exhibitions are free and open to the public during regular gallery hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 9 PM, and Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
