At approximately 1:30 am on September 30th , officers responded to an Entering Auto that took place in the 200 block of Morning Drive. Witnesses provided a description of two males that entered a vehicle on Morning Drive. A witness confronted the suspects who fled the area in a vehicle. Witnesses provided officers with a vehicle description and tag number of the suspects’ vehicle. Later, the vehicle and the suspects were located at a convenience store at 2625 Atlanta Highway. Xavier Bush (20 YOA, Athens) and Marquise Smith (19 YOA, Winterville) were arrested and charged with Entering Auto.
