Firefly Bridge over Trail Creek Update
Big projects take time and the rebuilding of the Firefly Bridge over Trail Creek is underway!

Can’t remember what the new bridge will look like? We totally get it. The public input and designs were approved by mayor and commission back in 2019. You can see the plans and public meetings on the project page. This is just one piece of the project. The bridge helps bring us one step closer to completing the Firefly Trail, all 39 miles of it - from Athens to Union Point.
