Notice to Neighborhood Notification Subscribers of a Variance Request
You are being notified as a subscriber to the Neighborhood Notification Initiative that the Hearings Board will hold a public hearing and consider the following requests on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the Auditorium at 120 West Dougherty Street:
383 MILLEDGE CIRCLE – Variance to increase maximum lot coverage from 40% to 46%
215 SHADYBROOK DRIVE – Variance to waive the requirement for the development to provide at least two driveway access points.
