You are being notified as a subscriber to the Neighborhood Notification Initiative that the Hearings Board will hold a public hearing to consider the following requests on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the Auditorium at 120 West Dougherty Street:
197 ALPS ROAD – Variance to reduce minimum FAR for properties in C zones abutting a level II corridor from .15 to .09.
100 WILLIAMSBURG LANE – Variance to allow a dead end road to service 22 lots.
350 JEFFERSON RIVER ROAD - Variance to reduce minimum road frontage for a new lot.
105 BEAVERDAM DRIVE - Variance to increase maximum allowable lot coverage.
788 FITZROY DRIVE - Variance to allow front yard parking area greater than 25% of the total front yard.
580 HIGHLAND AVENUE - Variance to reduce minimum side yard setback.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the Hearings Board meeting where public comments will be received. Applicants and representatives of specified interest groups are provided ten minutes to address the Board and all other speakers are provided three minutes.
Written or emailed public comments received by the Planning Department no later than noon Tuesday, November 12, 2024 will be forwarded to the Hearings Board for their consideration prior to the hearing. After this date, written comments may be read into the record at the hearing, subject to the previously noted time limits for addressing the Board.
