Notice to Neighborhood Notification Subscribers of a Variance Request
You are being notified as a subscriber to the Neighborhood Notification Initiative that the Hearings Board will hold a public hearing and consider the following requests on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the Auditorium at 120 West Dougherty Street:
475 First Street - Variance to waive the application of the limitation of development activity.
170 International Drive - Variance to increase maximum number of lots allowed on dead end street.
1125 Newton Bridge Road - Variance to increase the maximum allowed disturbed area.
6425 Jefferson Road - Variance to waive the requirement to provide public sidewalks adjacent to public right-of-way for site improvements greater than 1000 square feet.
359 West Hancock Avenue -
A. Variance to allow ground sign to be used as a wall sign.
B. Variance to allow the ground sign to use wall sign placement specifications
