Notice to Neighborhood Notification Subscribers of a Variance Request
You are being notified as a subscriber to the Neighborhood Notification Initiative that the Hearings Board will hold a public hearing and consider the following requests on Wednesday, September 10th, 2025 at 3:00 PM in the Auditorium at 120 West Dougherty Street:
1005 Hull Rd - Variance to reduce the side setback allowance for a ground sign (Section 7-4-17).
170 Greenwood Dr - Variance to increase maximum allowed square footage for an accessory building on a parcel less than .5 acres (Section 9-15-12)
