FY27 Community Partnerships and Housing Counseling Programs Request for Applications and Public Notice of Availability

The Athens-Clarke County Unified Government (ACCGov) Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) announces the availability of approximately $1,100,000 in ACCGov general funds under the FY27 Community Partnerships Program (CPP) and the FY27 Housing Counseling Program. Both programs are aligned with the ACCGov FY26-28 Strategic Plan. The competitive RFP process is open to eligible entities between October 22, 2025 and November 24, 2025.

FY27 CPP – Up to $1M in ACCGov general funds are available to support eligible activities that address identified Community Services (neighborhood revitalization activities, poverty reduction and economic strength activities, or intervention and prevention activities) and Homeless Continuum of Care Services. General funds will be available for FY27 contracting (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027) for awarded activities.

FY27 Housing Counseling Programs – Up to $100,000 in ACCGov general funds is available for Housing Counseling activities. This opportunity aligns with the ACCGov Strategic Plan Goal to expand Housing Counseling Services to assist ACC renters and homeowners. General funds will be available for FY27 contracting (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027) for awarded activities.
