Provides planning including geospatial data collection/interpretation and master plan development, sets design standards for park facilities, and supports citizen groups such as the Oconee Rivers Greenway Commission and the Greenway Network Plan.  Provides design support including development of construction drawings and details, construction oversight, and graphic design.

The Park Services Division provides maintenance, operational, and planning support for the entire Leisure Services system with operational responsibility for 6 of the system’s 14 parks and the Greenway.
