Does the Juvenile Court handle private custody matters?: No. The Juvenile Court only handles custody matters that involve deprivation and generally does not handle matters between parents.

1. Do I have to bring my child to court if he/she is in school?: Yes. You may ask for a school excuse after your child's hearing is completed.

2. Does the Juvenile Court perform weddings?: Yes. You must call and schedule your wedding ceremony. Wedding ceremonies are conducted on Thursday afternoons in accordance with the judge's calendar.
