The ACCUG desires to solicit Pre-Qualification Applications in accordance with the Georgia Local GovernmentPublic Works Construction Law (the “Georgia Public Works Law”) from responsible Construction GeneralContractors

Responsible General Contractors are to provide all construction, materials, equipment and labor to complete theLake Meeler Sanitary Sewer Improvements:

Installation of approximately 3,100 linear feet (LF) of 8 and 12-inch Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP), 490 linear feet of 24-inch casings with anchors, and 19 manholes. Along with this, work shall include erosion control and landscaping, several creek crossings, as well as repair or replacement of items such as pavement, sidewalk, fences, and curbs. These pipe improvements will consist of two stream crossings throughout the entire span.

•Work includes traffic control and requires bypass pump arounds.

•Summary: The work to be performed will contain the following sizes and length (lf) of DIP:

a.8” = 104 LF (DIP)

b.12” = 2993 LF (DIP)
