The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County (ACCGov) is seeking proposals from firms or a team of firms (contractor) experienced in Vision Zero, transportation and bicycle/pedestrian planning, and engineering design to support ACCGov in the creation of a Safety Action Plan in accordance with Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) guidelines. The SS4A Action Plan will be in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation guidelines.
