Due to Covid-19, all driveway and right of way applications as well as any supporting documents (site plans, drawings, etc...) are required to be submitted digitally to Once approved, permits will be sent via email.

Residential parking passes for 2022 will be available for purchase beginning Monday, December 27th.

We strongly encourage residents to submit applications with a copy of driver's license and proof of residency ahead of time to 


The applicant will be notified when the passes are ready to be picked up at our downtown office, located at 120 W. Dougherty Street.
