Overview

  • Building trade inspections are requested by calling Building Inspections at 706-613-3520 or via email at accbuild@accgov.com and will be conducted within two business days of request.
  • Reinspection fees are charged if a project is not ready for inspection when an inspector arrives on site
  • Below is a list of inspections commonly required by Building Inspections for a Commercial Project. Required inspections vary based on project. Additional inspections not shown below be able required. At any point, a consultation inspection may be requested. To request a consultation inspection, email accbuild@accgov.com.
