Final Inspections for CO or COC’s are requested through the Building Inspections Department. FOG Inspector will be notified of requested inspections.
For a Certificate of Completion (COC) to be issued, a Commercial Waste Manifest showing pump-out information completed within 90 days must be submitted to backflowsandfog@accgov.com prior to requesting final inspection.
