Overview

• Plans must show size and location of proposed grease trap and/or grease interceptor. All outdoor interceptors require a sample manhole at the outlet of 10” diameter or larger. Plumbing lines from the grease interceptor shall be 6” from the interceptor outlet to the Point of Connection with the Sanitary Sewer.
• A.C.C. grease interceptor diagram shall be included on the Utility Detail sheet on submitted plans.
