Sub-Project #1 Details:  

 Provides energy efficient systems to the Costa Building. New energy efficient windows and storefront, photovoltaic arrays to the existing roof, and rainwater harvesting system were evaluated with the photovoltaic array being chosen as the best return on investment. 

Sub-Project #1 Update:

 The purchase order is in the process of being issued and the Contractor has ordered the materials. Construction will begin late October or early November 2024.
