Project 28: East Athens Community Park (now Walker Park)
This project designed and constructed the next phase of facilities at the East Athens Community Park (now Walker Park). The park itself contains a combination of both active (baseball and soccer) and passive (lake and nature trails) recreational facilities that serve the east Athens-Clarke community.

Project 29: Southeast Clarke Community Park
This program designed and constructed facilities at the Southeast Clarke Community Park. The park itself contains a combination of both active (baseball and soccer) and passive (lake and nature trails) recreational facilities that serve the southeast Athens-Clarke community. This project is a continuation of the SPLOST IV program.

Project 30: Greenway Land Acquisition

Project 32: East Athens Dance Center
This project constructed studios, performance rehearsal areas, male and female dressing rooms and restrooms, administrative offices, a break room, conference rooms, storage, and kitchen space. The project also included new parking. The dance center is located in the east Athens-Clarke community near the East Athens Community Center.

Project 33: Library Resources & Centers
This project provided materials, shelving, furnishings, and equipment necessary to establish library resource centers at both East Athens Community Park and Lay Park. The project also acquired newly published materials and replaced older materials to increase the library system's collections for use by Athens-Clarke County citizens.

Project 34: Classic Center Parking Deck and Pedestrian Plaza
This project constructed a shared parking deck for the Classic Center and the Athens Multimodal Transportation Center. In addition, it included provisions for future retail space within the parking deck, a covered connector between the parking deck and the Classic Center, plazas, elevators, and other necessary renovations to the Foundry Street portion of the Classic Center.

Project 35: Classic Center Energy Management
This project installed a control system for the mechanical systems, allowing the ability to better manage energy. Improvements included replacing existing dividing walls in the ballroom with higher rated acoustical walls and purchasing lighting instruments for the theater.

Project 37: Taylor Grady House Renovations
This project renovated the major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and telephone systems and installed a new fire alarm and sprinkler system at the Taylor Grady House. Renovations included the interior walls and ceilings, exterior walls, doors, windows, and other areas. Structural repairs were completed as necessary. An appropriately designed landscape and irrigation system were included.

Project 38: Family Protection Center
This project provided a single facility for collaborative services between multiple agencies that work with child abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence cases. This project consisted of a new facility to include a forensic medical examinations space, a protective services space, interview rooms, counseling rooms, a victim / witness services space, administrative space, and other public spaces.

Project 39: Sandy Creek Greenway

Project 40: Lyndon House Arts Center Improvements
