ACCGov Strategic Plan FY26 - FY28 Strategic Plan

ACCGov's FY26 - FY28 Strategic Plan is the second iteration of an official strategic planning effort that will be implemented between fiscal years 2026 - 2028 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2028). Goals and strategies were either carried over from the FY23 - FY25 Strategic Plan or developed by Mayor and Commission during retreats in fall of 2024 and spring of 2025. Initiatives were developed by ACCGov staff and reviewed and prioritized by the Mayor and Commission in April 2025. Many initiatives were written for departmental strategic plans, illustrating how the priorities of departments align with those of Mayor and Commission. The Mayor and Commission approved the Strategic Plan and its goals, strategies, and initiatives in June 2025.
