    1. Licensed Utility Contractor will install PUD water meter and provide secured pipe for water disposal.
    2. Flow velocity pitot tube will be provided by the Utility Contractor not to exceed a maximum of 1,560 gmp.
    3. All water main valve operation to access the water in the fire flow line will be conducted by PUD staff.
