The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) is a federally funded program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that provides flexible funding for the purposes of carrying out a wide range of community development and affordable housing activities. 

Under Public Services, agencies were funded to administer activities to low to moderate income households and individuals.
