Project Concept was approved by the M&C on August 4, 2015.  The Project User Group has initiated review/planning meetings. Preliminary Plans were approved by M&C on September 6, 2016.  

Segment 4.1 was completed November 7, 2018. 

Project Updates:

Project schedule for Sub-Projects #4.2 and #4.3 being delayed due to land acquisition waiting on T&PW and PUD to complete other work on adjacent property before continuing land acquisition task.
