Our talented teaching artist, Moana Balogh, continues to contribute wonderful lessons and fashion/sewing techniques. Use our fiber studio and machines. You will get the opportunity to focus on design and sewing projects with the guidance of a professional fashion designer.
- Basic sewing skills are helpful but beginners are welcome.
Please note: This program is subject to change based on ACC and State pandemic restrictions. We require face coverings, social distancing and will be taking temperatures.
Moana Balogh studied fashion design in Munich and Berlin. She moved to Athens in 2017 and soon fell in love with the city. Her work focuses on local handmade collections and custom-made clothing. She also works at Community, a sustainable fashion boutique in downtown Athens. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and working on projects around the house.
- Each session has 4 club meetings. Online registration required, limited to 6 children per session. FREE with support from The Lyndon House Arts Foundation.
