All trash must be bagged and placed in the authorized "City" bags. The trash bags can be purchased for $1.50 each and the recycling... More… All trash must be bagged and placed in the authorized "City" bags. The trash bags can be purchased for $1.50 each and the recycling bags can be purchased for $0.20 each. These bags are sold in rolls of 20 bags or boxes of 100 bags at the following locations: ACC Solid Waste Department 725 Hancock Industrial Way ACC Water Business Office 124 E. Hancock Avenue ADDA Parking Services 287 College Avenue Each type of bag is clearly labeled to eliminate cross contamination, and they are designed and engineered to hold approximately 40 lbs. of debris. This helps to ensure the safety of our staff and yours. Please remember, any trash placed in an unauthorized bag will be considered a violation. If you are able to use an ACC Recycling Roll Cart and/or Dumpster, we encourage you to put your clean recyclable items in those containers loose. No plastic bags! Less…
