Missy Franklin is the prosecutor for traffic court citations and arrests for Athens-Clarke County Municipal Court.

Due to the high volume of cases seen in Municipal court on a daily basis, anyone wishing to discuss theirs and/or their client's citation(s)/charge(s) with the Solicitor-General's office is welcome to do so at their next scheduled court date. Please be sure to have any documents you wish to provide to our office with you at that time. You will have the opportunity to have questions answered / concerns discussed before moving forward.

ACC Municipal Court sessions are held Monday through Thursday most weeks. Friday court sessions are held as needed.

Please be aware that temperatures vary in the ACC Municipal Court courtroom. Please wear layers and bring a jacket or sweater as it may be cold.
