Note 2: Athens-Clarke county residents may dispose of small, household project and/or remodeling C&D material at the Oglethorpe County C&D Landfill. This is intended for residents ONLY, not contractors. Athens-Clarke County residents must show proof of address to use the Oglethorpe County C&D Landfill.
