Executive Summary
This project provides funding for the design and construction of improvements to Linda Ave and Mission Drive in Athens Clarke County. Based on the cost submitted this project would have enough funding for limited widening, ROW acquisition, cul-de-sac construction for Emergency vehicles and paving of the dirt roads.
