The offset intersection of Talmadge Drive and Park Avenue at Prince Avenue is dangerous for all road users and a hazard for pedestrians. This project will implement recommendations of ACCUG and GDOT to realign the intersection to a safer rectilinear configuration. The project has support from the Prince Avenue User Group and Piedmont Athens Regional.
