This project is inclusive of the previously submitted TSPLOST Project 58 Entitled JJ Harris Greenway Connector plus add a 45 mph 2 lane highway. This project provides funding for the design and construction of approximately 8,000 LF of 10-foot-wide multi-use trail and 5,500LF of 28-feet 2-lane highway to connect JJ Harris Elementary School, Danielsville Road with US Hwy 29 North. The Multiuse trail will be an extension of the proposed multiuse trail shown on the Greenway Network Plan along Highway 29 North.
