Consumer Healthy Solutions Plan with Health Savings Account

The CHS plans provide you with a health plan option that offers a lower premium in exchange for a greater portion of the initial cost-share from you, with an opportunity to open a Health Savings Account (HSA) that you can use to save for and spend on future health care costs. ACCGov offers two Consumer Healthy Solutions Plans.

Participants in a CHS plan will be auto-enrolled in an HSA during medical enrollment. Be sure to elect an Employee Contribution amount between $0 – maximum contribution when prompted during enrollment.

Blue View Vision Plan: ACCUG provides group vision coverage as a voluntary benefit, paid 100% by the employee, for vision-related expenses. Routine eye exams can detect visual defects and eye diseases, such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration. Furthermore, many employees and their family members wear some type of corrective lenses that require periodic lens replacement. The Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue View Vision plan can offset the cost of exams, frames and lenses. For a complete list of network providers, please visit www.bcbsga.com.
