.Program Cancellations Due to Weather

All Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services programs are under the authority of the County Manger's office. It is the Manager's office who authorizes the cancellations of all programs. Therefore, in case of inclement weather, you will be notified by email as to whether your child's class has been canceled. We do not follow any school system's inclement weather closings.
