Overview

• If a bus stop, pad, or easement are required, site plans are required to show location and details.
• In lieu of the pouring of a bus stop pad and/or constructing a bus shelter, Transit may request that an easement for a future bus stop be executed and recorded and shown on submitted civil plans. Easements are required to be a minimum of 5x16 or 11x16 to ensure that a Level 3 pad can be poured in the future. Please state on plans ““In consideration for future transit expansion the department may request an easement for a future placement of bus stop amenities”.
