New ACC Commission Districts

On Thursday, February 17, 2022 Governor Brian Kemp signed House Bill 890 which approves new commission district boundaries. 

Two Important Details About The New District Boundaries

  1. Voters in the May 24, 2022 General Primary/Nonpartisan Election will vote according to the new boundaries
  2. The new district boundaries will not actually take effect until January 1, 2023

Current District Maps

The boundaries noted on the maps below will remain in effect until the end of 2022. 

The May 24, 2022 General Primary/Nonpartisan Election will not use the current district boundaries. The May 24 election will be according to the new district boundaries that take effect January 1, 2023.
