When a vehicle is brought into Fleet Management for maintenance, a work order is created to track labor and parts required to complete the job. Vehicle operators need to provide their vehicle’s number, mileage, and the reason the vehicle is being brought in. We would also ask if you could leave the keys to the vehicle/equipment with our staff. 

To expedite the process, fill out our online Maintenance Request Form to fill out before you bring your vehicle in for service IF IT IS OUTSIDE OF OUR BUSINESS HOURS. Please come into the front office to see our Administration staff during OUR REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.
