Water Business Office Temporarily Closed for Walk-in Customers:
Your safety and health are important to us. To minimize the risk and spread of COVID-19 to our customers and staff, the Water Business Office is closed for in-person transactions at this time. If you need to pay your water bill, we have several options available: mail, online e-check, bank draft (ACH), or the dropboxes located at 124 E. Hancock Ave. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. Please check back for updates.
Water Shut-offs Temporarily Suspended
During this emergency, PUD suspended disconnections for non-payment and returned service to those who had been cut off to ensure all residents have water service for hand washing and household cleaning. The utility encourages customers to continue making payments as unpaid balances still accrue on accounts. Payment arrangements can be made through the Water Business Office.
