Pay Your Bill Online |
Pay your bill online using a credit or debit card, see payments in real-time, set bill reminders, and enroll in autopay.
How To:
- Create a New User Account.
- Complete the information to start a New User.
- Look for an email to verify your email.
- Login and then click on Add Account. Please have your account number available to add an account. Your account number is found on your bill or in WaterSmart.
- Customers must have received one bill before being eligible to create an account to pay online.
In-Person
To pay your bill in person, please bring your cash, credit/debit card, or check or money order made out to ACC WBO, to:

Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Wednesday from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Drop-off boxes are located at the front and back of the building and are available for after-hours payments.
We accept credit card payments in person and over the phone at 706-613-3500.
By Bank Draft
Please print the Bank Draft Application to pay your bill by bank draft. Bring the completed form and a voided check to 124 E. Hancock Ave. Payments will be automatically deducted from your checking account by the due date on your bill. By Mail
To pay your bill by mail, please use the payment stub and mailing envelope provided in your bill. Checks and money orders can be made out to ACC WBO and mailed to:
