Vision Meeting and Concept Review
Vision Meetings and Concept Reviews provide opportunities for applicants to confirm a project's viability and/or identify potential issues before the Construction Plans Review submittal is even filed
Stormwater Concept Review
Stormwater Concept Review are required prior to Construction Plans Review submittal for all projects that propose 5,000 square feet of new and/or change to existing impervious surfaces or 1 acre or greater of land disturbance.
Northeast Georgia Public Health Department
While included in ACC’s Development Services process as a reviewing agency, the Northeast Georgia Public Health Department is a state agency.
Contact the Health Department directly for information on any potential presubmittal requirements/applications related to the health department.

Not all departments have requirements for each phase of a project. If a section is blank or has no resources documents, it can be assumed that under current code nothing is required from that department.
