Visioning Meetings allow for applicants that are unfamiliar with the ACC Plans Review process or for larger and complex projects to sit down with various departmental reviewers to discuss any questions one may have prior to a formal Construction Plans Review submittal.
Concept level plans are not required but are beneficial for discussion and receiving detailed responses from reviewers. Meetings and any plans brought are non-binding.
Meetings are held every other Wednesday and requests must be in prior to noon the Friday before the requested meeting date. Meetings are held at ACC's Government Building at 120 W Dougherty Street unless a virtual meeting is requested.
