Changes to Approved Plans After Permitting

• For proposed changes to approved Plans, ACC Gov offers three methods of submitting proposed changes: 

1. Field changes
2. Changes to Approved submittal (CTA)
3. A new Plan Review submittal. 

• Please click here to view the parameters of Field Changes, CTAs, and when a new Plans Review Submittal are required to help determine what type of submittal will be required to review and approved the proposed changes. 
• Projects which involve binding plans and/or conditions, may require additional steps in approving proposed changes. Please contact ACC Planning for more information.
• For changes to plans during permitting where the scope is greater than those allowed for a CTA, a new Plans Review submittal will be required. Submittals will follow the same process as initial Plans Review submittals. 
• Prior to submitting a new Plans Review Submittal for projects which reach that level of change, current approved plans will need to be withdrawn, which will make all active permits associated with the project void.
