Project 24: Affordable Housing Improvements

Project Statement

Funding for infrastructure improvements for affordable housing programs will provide improvements for the infrastructure of water, sewer, and storm water as components of the development of affordable housing supported through HOME, other federal funding, and non-federal funding sources.

Project Updates

Completion of this Project has progressed as fast as the funds have been applied for the program.  The remaining funds are due to a lack of eligible Affordable Housing Programs applying for the improvements.  The Dublin Street project is underway with the water and sanitary sewer work already being completed.
