A Pattern of Moments Exhibition

Featuring works by

Kate Burke, Rebecca Kreisler, and Sylvia Schaefer

November 8, 2022 – March 4, 2023

The Lyndon House Arts Center is pleased to announce a new exhibition entitled A Pattern of Moments featuring works by Kate Burke, Rebecca Kreisler, and Sylvia Schaefer on November 8, 2022. This exhibit is on view through March 4, 2023.

Using a variety of material: thread, folded paper, or quilted fabric, these three artists share a chosen color palette and a feminine sensibility.  Engaged in laborious tasks, each repeating a singular process multiple times in completing their pieces, Burk, Kreisler and Schaefer negotiate the qualities of paper, thread and quilt making.

Additional programming includes a workshop in folding paper with Rebecca Kreisler on the Third Thursday of November 17 at 6:00 pm.   Please call 706 613 3623 for more information.

All exhibitions at the Lyndon House Arts Center are free of charge and open to the public.   Exhibitions are on view during regular gallery hours Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.
