A professionally oriented art competition.
The 36th Exhibition at Lyndon House Arts Center showcases a wealth of Athens area talent. 601 art works by 233 artists were entered in the competition this year and 160 pieces were selected for the exhibition by this year’s juror Carla Hanzal, internationally known curator at The Mint Museum in Charlotte, NC. Paintings in oil, acrylic, and mixed media, large and small sculpture, works in clay and in fiber, jewelry, photographs, drawings, prints, and other works can be seen in four galleries.
