Yuma Trail, a photographic series by Deepanjan Mukhopadhyay, reflects and investigates the move of his grandaunt and uncle from their lifetime house, revealing the stories of a family from India and the collection of objects that make up a home. These elegant black and white studies capture memories as the ageing couple prepares for the relocation to a home more suited.

Deepanjan Mukhopadhyay’s ongoing work involves photographs, videos, assemblages, and installations. Deepanjan is originally from Kolkata, India, and is pursuing his MFA in photography from University of Georgia. Deepanjan has received numerous honors and his photographs have been exhibited in India, Canada, and the United States. Deepanjan’s images have also been published in a number of magazines including The Huffington Post and The Sun.
