Leah McKellop is an artist and Rolfer currently living in Athens. As a Rolfer she is immersed in the body and its physical form. As an artist she explores the human subject outside the confines of the body, resulting in portraitures of interiors. Her current work combines printmaking and silk dying techniques. These works explore personal history via objects and their place in the domestic space. These scenes capture moments in time, rich with history and they look to what may be ahead.
The Lounge Gallery at the Lyndon House Arts Center, features quarterly solo exhibitions by artists in the beginning stages or re- invigorating their careers.
